Our Story

We didn’t start New Gig to be the biggest firm in the room.

Brian Gabrielson spent 20 years inside the staffing industry — leading Fortune 500 teams, building practices from scratch, and watching the same pattern repeat: big firms charge enterprise rates, staff projects with whoever’s available, and hide behind layers of account managers. Clients deserved better. So did the talent.

Father of three amazing kids and married to Super Woman.

Tracy Gabrielson

Tracy is Co-Founder of New Gig Solutions and the driving force behind how the company grows, communicates, and connects with talent. As Marketing and Recruitment Growth Manager, she leads digital marketing for active candidate recruitment across the firm’s technical and professional practices.  She brings more than two decades of operational and client-facing experience, and applies it to building campaigns, content, and recruiting systems that deliver measurable results.

Bobby Watkins is a Senior Account Manager at New Gig Workforce Solutions, bringing nearly a decade of staffing and recruiting expertise across IT, Legal, and Finance. Over his career, he has mastered full-cycle recruitment and developed a consultative, relationship-first approach to talent solutions. Known for solving problems rather than simply filling roles, Bobby is dedicated to helping clients find the right people to drive their businesses forward.

Misty Rodriguez

Misty Rodriguez is a Talent Strategist and People Advisor at New Gig Workforce Solutions, bringing roughly 15 years of recruiting expertise across IT, gaming, and corporate sectors. She designs and manages full-cycle recruiting pipelines, advises C-suite leaders like CTOs and CIOs on talent strategy, and leverages AI-driven sourcing to fill niche and hard-to-find roles. Deeply committed to her community, Misty serves as Board Member and Secretary of the AITP Las Vegas Chapter and is known for a relationship-first approach built on showing up, doing the work, and genuinely fighting for the people she serves.
